All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.

Group discounts are available for groups of 10 or more. For more information contact Marilyn at mzvili@jcc.org.

For applicable shows, children ages 15 and under are eligible for the child pricing.

Each person attending a performance must have a ticket, ages 2 years and older. Family friendly shows are open to all ages, unless otherwise noted. Please note: For BSO Music Box performances, all audience members require a ticket, regardless of age.

Sodas, juices and light refreshments are available for sale and are permitted inside the theater. For select shows, beer and wine is also available for purchase. With the exception of bottled water, no outside food or drink is permitted in the theater.

Yes! The Gordon spaces are available to rent for private events or public performances.
