HaZamir: The International Jewish Teen Choir

Featuring the chapters of HaZamir Baltimore and Ashkelon, and Kol Rinah choirs, with special guests KSDS Middle School Choir and HaZa Prep, and conductors Erika Schon, Shani Chamovitz, Cantor Melanie Schuster, and Cantor Leon Sher.

Conducted by Erika Schon and comprised of diverse teens from nine different high schools, HaZamir Baltimore is one of 38 chapters in the U.S. and Israel of HaZamir: The International Jewish Teen Choir. Through weekly rehearsals of high-level Jewish choral music, HaZamir creates a pluralistic peer community, and builds Jewish identity, leadership skills, and a strong connection to Israel.
