In this entertaining musical tribute, vocalist Sheila Ford and the Bruce Swain Quartet masterfully capture the essence of Billie Holiday, the artist considered by many the foremost female jazz vocalist in history. This concert will feature both vocal interpretations and instrumental renderings of some of Holiday’s greatest music. The Quintet will feature Bruce on tenor sax, Jerry Ascione on piano, Tom Lawrence on guitar, James Fowler on bass, Dave Tucker on drums and narrator John Tegler.
